Hi, I’m Ben Watson. I’m a certified personal trainer with a background in marathon running, triathlons, and strength and conditioning.
I’ve competed in Ironman and represented New Zealand internationally in the World Age Group Sprint Duathlon Championships.
I’m passionate about helping people get active and achieve their health and fitness goals.
